Registered Dental Hygienists

Amanda earned her associate degree in Dental Hygiene from Minnesota State University in Mankato, and she’s gone on to work in the dental industry for over 10 years. More than anything else, she loves our practice’s friendly, team-oriented environment because it helps us give patients the care they need to improve their smiles and their overall health.

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys landscaping and spending time with her family. Her summers aren’t complete without spending some time up north on the Canadian border.

Kari joined our office in 2005, but she has has been active in the dental industry for quite some time! What she enjoys most about our office is how working with our doctors is like working with family. Like the rest of our team, her number one concern is our patients’ comfort. We want everyone who comes through our door to have a pleasant experience, and our casual atmosphere and advanced technology are what make that possible.

Kari is happily married and has two lovely sons. She loves to cook and also enjoys swimming in the lake during summer and ice skating in the winter. Her two biggest addictions are coffee and Court TV.

Regina has been a dental hygienist at Oak Cliff Dental Care since 2011. She particularly enjoys the trusting relationship that she builds with her patients. Previously, Regina was a chairside dental assistant. She earned her dental hygiene license from Argosy University, going on to be one of the program’s clinical instructors.

Regina and her husband, Scott, are the proud owners of three Italian greyhounds named Willie, Olie and Lena. In her free time, she enjoys baking, walking her dogs and going for bike rides with her husband. In 2011, Regina was awarded a bronze President’s Volunteer Service Award.

Registered Dental Assistants

Amy is a wonderful addition to the Oak Cliff Dental Care team. She enjoys working to help her patients improve their overall oral health.

Cindy has been in the dental profession for over nine years after she earned her degree from Dakota County Technical College. She's a member of the American Dental Assistants Association, and loves the satisfaction that comes from helping others with their dental health needs as she helps the doctor with varying procedures. Cindy enjoys her coworkers, and the level of professionalism that everyone at the practice has.

Cindy has been happily married to her husband, Jim, for 17 years. She has a stepson, Bill, and a daughter, Kendra. When she's not at the office, Cindy spends her time walking and playing with the family's dog, sewing, and cheering Kendra on at her volleyball events.

Business Office

Scott joined the Oak Cliff Dental Care team in 2015 as the front office manager. Growing up in an Army family, it was a surprise when dentistry became Scott's career choice. He moved to the Mankato area in 2008 to start his career managing dental clinics. However, Scott is a native of Apple Valley (Go Eagles!) making the return to this area an easy and natural transition for him.

As the father of two fun, athletically talented boys, he often finds his free time being spent at baseball, football games, wrestling matches and tournaments. He is a tech enthusiast and usually is "in the know" with new advances in technology. When not attending events with his children, he is a big fan of stand-up comedy and dining out at new trendy restaurants.

Scott takes a personal interest in helping patients understand their insurance benefits and hopes to publish "Dental Insurance for Dummies" one day.

Fun Fact: Scott is a pretty decent basketball player.

Kari sits at the front desk at Oak Cliff Dental. She has been working in dentistry since 1996, and served as a chairside dental assistant for eight years in California where she is registered.

Because the doctors and staff are professional, caring and fun, Kari looks forward to coming to work every day. She also loves the atmosphere, which is pleasant and stress-free for both employees and patients. She works to build on-going relationships with patients, and particularly enjoys helping them with insurance.

Kari and her husband have a puppy named Ginger. In her spare time, she enjoys taking walks, hiking, kayaking and traveling.
